CRIMES AGAIST THE SLAVS
IS AMERICA USING WEATHER WEAPONS
AGAINST THE SLAVS?
Very few people who can add 2+2 doubt that weather weapons are being used on a global scale by the country that is the inventor and architect of globalization. Many of these catastrophes plaguing our planet are man made. From the catastrophic drought and fires in Russia in the summer of 2010 to the devastating floods of Pakistan, there is, stretched out, an invisible hand of the globalizer. Those who are not up to date on the science should read more on HAARP High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The internet abounds with such information.
Invented by the Serbian (Slav) scientific genius Nikola Tesla, this discovery was supposed to serve mankind and not be used for its destruction by the Americans. All the emphasis on global warming, carbon footprint and other media pet projects are diversionary tactics to make the population believe that the individual is causing all the monstrous calamities on the global scale. What is in fact happening is something out of the ordinary, neither an act of God nor anything you have done to the environment.
Earthquakes are beginning to be more frequent and more devastating and Nikola Tesla has pointed out the possibilities of his invention. It appears that earthquakes and other calamities, like the drought in North Korea but not in South Korea are political instruments of the U.S. State Department. The tsunami off the coast of the Indonesian separatist, oil rich, province of Ache and the immediate American navy appearance at the scene before the Indonesian government could react, are coincidences that only the CIA could explain. It seems that only the Americans know where, when and why a disaster is going to hit and it appears less due to their superiority in earth science skills; rather, it seems that the political science is at work.
Japan disaster explained:
Here, we have evidence of American weather manipulation radar based in the Czech Republic. The map shows that the effect of the American radar installation is targeting only Slavic lands. The German text is translated for you here to help you understand.
14 Sept. 2010
On August 15, storms and rain triggered heavy floods in Slovakia. The cause for this is to date unexplained weather spiral that formed itself over the Czech Republic.
The cities, Handlova and Prievidza were not prepared for this deluge of rainwater. Everything went so fast said the residents. How did these mysterious cloud formations come about?
In the vicinity of village Trokavec, an American radar installation was assuming operations, which could be responsible for weather manipulation. The mayor of the village is himself a trained radar operator and is worried about this installation. We have decided against the radar installation. Within a four kilometer range, television does not work. Within a circle of seven kilometers, mobile telephone operation is hampered. Our village is only two kilometers away from the installation.
THE QUEST TO DESTROY THE SLAVS
Clandestine and conspiratorial policies towards the Slavs of one or another kind have been going on for ages. At times, they have culminated in wars and sometimes they were just wishful thinking but that type of thinking never stopped. More often than not however, these policies were conducted by subversive means or indirect sabotage. Wars by proxy were the most popular and any “angry nation” or movement was directed to fight the Slavs and there was no war that the bankers did not like. At times, the imperialists were able to hit the jackpot and make Slavs fight Slavs. Most of the time, wars to destroy the Slavs were camouflaged as wars with other purpose. It was very seldom that any of the wars against the Slavs were designated as anti Slavic wars. It was up to the Slavs themselves to reach that conclusion. Wars against individual Slavic nations were not meant to alarm the rest of the Slavs but to localize the conflict and achieve maximum damage to the Slav family of nations. That the motivation was racially and religiously based is beyond doubt, for European colonial powers had demonstrable racist inclinations and undertones. For centuries, the Germans conducted their Drang nach Osten policies and they were racially motivated. All south Slavs have spent centuries under Turkish or Austro-Hungarian yoke and the western Slavs under German and Austrian rule. In spite of being two separate entities, when it came to Slavs, the Germans and the Austrians saw common anti Slavic purpose in their projects and policies. THREE AGAINST ONE
Envy and hatred for the Slavs was most often reserved for the biggest and the most successful of them, the Russians, because without the Russians, the rest of the Slavs would be easy prey. The Crimean War was an alliance of European Christian nations and a Moslem Asiatic one, all sharing the same hatred for the Slav Russians. As the Turkish Empire became too primitive to confront Russia, the British and the French Empires combined forces to prop up Turkey’s anti Russian ambitions. When the Japanese Empire suddenly attacked Russia in the Far East in an undeclared war of 1904-1905, the British were again helping Japan win that war against Russia. The Russians were hard pressed to bolster their Far Eastern fleet and dispatched ships from their Baltic fleet, only to be denied passage through the Suez Canal by the British who have acted contrary to binding treaties. When the Russian fleet sailed all around Africa and reached the Tsushima Strait, the British had supplied full details of Russian strength, route and intentions to the Japanese and most of the fleet was sunk. We can go even further back when the Russians first established contact with the Chinese Empire. The Jesuits, who were at Peking since 1581 and tried to convert the Mandarins to Catholicism, spared no effort to slander the Russians at the Chinese court. That was done in spite the fact that the Russians had no intention to convert the Chinese to Orthodox Christianity, not then, nor ever since. “The development of a bilateral trade system remained Russia’s sole commercial objective in China.” (Mark Mancall: Russia and China p.75). The Jesuits were even in charge of translating Russian tsar’s mail to the Manchu imperial house.
Soviet capture of Berlin in 1945 has revealed a treasure trove of documents, all indicating that Czechoslovak and Polish “allies” Great Britain and France were conniving with Hitler to have his armies march east and wage war on Slavs. Polish and Czechoslovak defense agreements with Britain and France were worthless pieces of paper and it was the Russians/Soviets who liberated their Slavic compatriots from Nazi murderers without the benefit of a previous treaty. Judging from historical experiences, one can understand the great consternation over Wikileaks released documents in countries which routinely boast about freedom of speech, transparency and responsible government. Wikileaks has provided us with documentary proof that “conspiracy theories” are no longer mere theories. All three major European powers, England, France and Germany, have had treaties with Slavic countries before the Second World War and all three have dishonored their treaties, facilitating a catastrophic genocide of the Slavs. None of the three branches of the Slavic family, the southern, the western and the eastern was spared from the devastation of WWII. By western European design, Slavs have suffered disproportional numbers of casualties in comparison to their western European counterparts. Hitler’s war was first started in the east while the west played the role of spectator and the Pope was busy blessing Mussolini’s tanks on the way to Russia. An excerpt from a Soviet collection of captured German documents confirms the above claims. Published in Volume II of that book (see below), German Ambassador to London informs his Secretary of State in Berlin of the offer received from the British negotiator: This two point offer was a simple pledge of mutual respect between Germany and Great Britain at the expense of the Slavs who were mentioned by geographical inference, rather than name.
1) Germany promises non-interference in the affairs of the British Empire.
2) Great Britain promises full respect for German spheres of interest in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. That would be done by Great Britain’s renunciation of her guarantees given by her to certain governments in the German spheres of interest.

This document of August 01, 1939 shows that Great Britain offered to betray her Slavic allies and deliver them to the mercy of Nazi Germany without being threatened by Germany or without German demands to do that. It was a voluntairy and unilateral initiative by the British negotiator. This was done with the full knowledge of what plans Hitler had for the Slavs. In volume II of the above book, p.12, we find that a major French newspaper declares in 1938: “The bones of a single French soldier are worth more than all of the Czechoslovaks put together” One of the more explicit proofs of chauvinistic machinations and designs against the Slavs, and Slavs were deliberately mentioned by name, were underfoot in the United States of America. Here we have a rare glimpse into the reasoning patterns of a country that has come to dominate the world today. Please feel free to download this and other posted documents, they represent a key to understanding what has happened to the Slav people since.
KNOW YOUR SLAVIC GRANDMOTHERS
It does not matter if you call her Baba, Babushka Babcia or whatever. All Slavs know her as that special caring grandmother who loves and protects little kids and especially you, her vnuk/a (the grandchild). You can always trust her that she will be you substitute mother with plenty of love and care to give. She tells stories of long forgotten times, sings you lullabies and tucks you in to sleep without getting a cold. We can never love her as much as she loves us, even though we should. Our Slavic grandmothers care more about us than themselves and that makes them so special. We owe them a lot for telling us about our ancestors and embroidering that special ruchnik as amulet when we go to war or leave home. We always remember them and so we should.
A Ukrainian psychologist Marina Romanenko, says that our Slavic grandmothers are creators of geniuses and that grandchildren prolong their longevity in return. Славянские бабушки – это особое явление: http://dytyna.info/fashion/articles/any/2655
A Polish article proclaims that the Polish grandmother is an institution in its own right. Polska babcia to instytucja: http://kobieta.dziennik.pl/artykuly/68644,polska-babcia-to-instytucja.html
A Russian website reveals that 21 January is the day of the grandmother in Poland: http://www.calend.ru/holidays/0/0/856/
Our Slavic fairy tales and fables are rich with references to grandmothers as epitome of goodness on the one hand, and evil witches who want to poison our children, on the other. Things are not much different in our real life except that the evil is masked and camouflaged more professionally to deceive us. The story of Red Riding Hood or “Crvenkapa” (Красная Шапочка) was meant to prepare our innocent Slavic children for the real life. It seems that many of our grown up people have forgotten the wisdom contained in fairy tales and forgotten to shed the naiveté of childhood. Whatever their motivation, some of our parliamentarians display that behaviour more than the population at large. They are telling us that the bad big wolf is indeed our grandma and that the evil NATO forces are our own soldiers. They want us to believe that Johann, Yaakov, Jerry and Jamal are there to protect us from our evil Slav brothers Ivan, Jan and Jovan. We must set up Jerry’s missile bases in our lands to fight the Slavic evil! Those who believe that must have been consuming a lot of Monsanto genetically modified foods. WE ARE SLAVS AND WE WANT TO REMAIN SLAVS! WE MUST TELL THEM THAT WE ARE NOT STUPID!
Our Slavic grandmothers love children. NATO is there to murder Slavic babies and destroy everything Slavic; they have done just that in occupied Kosovo. Think of the three year old martyred Serbian girl Milica Rakić who was proclaimed a saint by the Serbian Orthodox Church.
Baby Milica before she was murdered by NATO
Baby Milica was murdered by NATO warplanes in the bathroom of her parent’s apartment, just like countless other babies and their grandmothers in bombed out hospitals and apartment buildings of Yugoslavia. Those children who were missed and survived tell the story of NATO terror in their drawings.
NATO must be told that it can not kill, destroy and murder one part of the Slav family and pretend to be friend of the rest of Slavs! Slavs are one and they know it! We must also tell NATO butchers that we will judge them by the way they behave towards us. We will reassess their status when they pay war reparations for all the murdered Slavs of Yugoslavia. We will take notice when they dismantle their military bases from our countries and return their Albanian barbaric hordes to Albania. We want to see the end of opium traffic from Afghanistan to our Slavic youngsters. There was no opium in Afghanistan under Taliban and under NATO, Afghanistan is the largest opium producer in the world. Opium and heroin trade from NATO occupied Afghanistan is used to finance existence of American narco-terrorist KLA gang in occupied Serbian holy land of Kosovo. Please tell the world about this injustice and promote our website. Tell your government to kick out NATO murderers from your peace loving country! WE LIVE IN AN AGE WHERE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TRAINS AND EQUIPS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION IN A GIVEN COUNTRY, INSTIGATES MAYHEM AND MURDER, CONDEMNS THE DEFENDER, BOMBS HIM FOR THREE MONTHS, THREATENS HIM WITH NATO’S OWN INVASION AND DEMANDS HIS CAPITULATION. THE OVERLORD THEN OCCUPIES THE PROVINCE, SUPERVISES TERRORIST MASS MURDER OF THE INDIGENOUS POPULATION AND DECLARES THE PROVINCE AN INDEPENDENT STATE. THE US THEN ESTABLISHES A HUGE MILITARY BASE IN THE LAND TAKEN BY MILITARY FORCE. ALL THIS IS DONE AGAINST THE UN RESOLUTION AND OUTSIDE THE UN PROCESS. Kosovo is Serbia, Says Polish Post
A State of Kosovo Doesn’t Exist
While the Polish government was among the first to condone illegal seizure of Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, recognizing it as an independent state — the first mafia state in Europe, governed by NATO and Albanian criminals — Polish Post continues to abide by the international law, treating the province as an integral part of Serbia.
Thus, all mail sent to Kosovo province from Poland must be addressed to Serbia/UNMIK (United Nations Mission to Kosovo, assigned a task of governing the province temporarily, in the aftermath of the Albanian insurrection against Serbian state).
If the mail bound for Kosovo province from Poland is not addressed to Serbia, it might end up somewhere in the Coco Islands (‘coco’ is kokosowiec in Polish) which, unlike “Kosovo”, are among the listed countries to which Polish Post delivers mail. On the other hand, Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, quite properly, is not listed as an independent state.
According to the reporters of the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita who tried to send a package to Kosovo province from the main post office in Warsaw, the employee who took the package — clearly, someone with a good ear for Slavic languages — decided to send it to Russia.
“Kosovo, that is somewhere in Russia,” she told reporters.
When they tried to send it again a week later with the spokesperson intervening and “promising that ‘Kosovo’ was on the list”, the other postal worker was about to send the package to a place called Kosovo in Poland, because there is no country with that name listed anywhere in the world.
“The only way that the post office will accept a package being sent to Kosovo is if you write Serbia/UNMIK. Do they arrive? I am not sure,” moped Wojciech Stanislawski of the Center for Eastern Studies, adding that he needed to send “something work-related” to southern Serbian province of Kosovo. Apparently, his only problem is that he refuses to add “Serbia” to the address label.
“The problem with the mail is that it shows that relations must be established between the Polish and Kosovo institutions. We should be consistent. Since we recognized its independence, we are obligated, regardless of politics, to cooperate in all possible fields, especially those that perform services for citizens of both countries, and this has not happened yet,” protested Pawel Zalewski of the Polish ruling Liberal Civil Platform.
According to him, Poland has not established diplomatic relations with the mafia state in Kosovo province because of the strong disagreements between the state President Lech Kachinsky and the government on whether the Priština separatists’ unilateral declaration of independence should have been recognized to begin with.
The Polish president has publicly stated he is against the recognition of a fake state on Serbian territory and will veto any attempt by the government to open an embassy in the mafia state or send a Polish ambassador to Priština.

Ukraine reaffirms stance over

KIEV — Ukraine’s acting Foreign Minister Vladimir Handogy stated that the official Kiev will not recognize Kosovo. He pointed out that his country supports unconditional abidance by the principle of territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Handogy conferred on Monday with Serbian Ambassador to Ukraine Dušan Lazić and informed him that Ukraine will not change its stand regarding Kosovo. The minister pointed out that the resolution of the Kosovo issue cannot be treated as a precedent for solving other ethnic conflicts.
The Ukrainian official noted that his country is willing to participate in a constructive debate on the resolution on Kosovo within the framework of the forthcoming United Nations General Assembly.
Lazić informed Handogy of Serbia’s stand after the advisory opinion which the International Court of Justice issued on July 22.
The Serbian ambassador also delivered a letter which Serbian President Boris Tadić addressed to his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych, the Ukrainian media reported.
Meanwhile in Priština, it has been announced that the Kosovo Albanian government had sent a letter to the Islamic Organization Conference (IOC) and the Arab League (AL) calling for new recognitions.
“After confirming the right of Kosovo to independence by the International Court of Justice, the time has come for countries to begin formally recognizing it,” Skender Hyseni, appointed by the government in Priština as the foreign minister, writes in the letter.
He addressed it to the secretary generals of both organizations, the IOC’s Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and AL’s Amr Moussa.
Albanian news agency ATA reported that Hyseni asked Ihsanoglu and Moussa to use their authority and influence the member-states of their organizations to recognize Kosovo.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) said in its advisory opinion on Kosovo issued last month that, as there was no active provision in international law prohibiting UDIs, the Kosovo Albanian declaration did not violate international law.
The top UN court did not rule on the right to secession and self-determination.
The advisory opinion will now be sent to the UN General Assembly, that will also debate a draft Serbian resolution as it meets in New York in September.
Belgrade rejects the Kosovo Albanian unilateral proclamation as an illegal act of secession.

China Supports Serbia’s
Struggle For Kosovo
Source: Tanjug News Agency
Mutual political trust between Belgrade and Peking is a base for the development of the strategic partnership between two countries, the Prime Ministers of Serbia and China, Mirko Cvetkovic and Wen Jiabao agreed.
The two countries are dedicated to continue the economic cooperation but also offer one other a support with regard to the perseverance of their national and territorial integrities.
“The Chinese Prime Minister confirmed once again that his country fully supports the territorial integrity of Serbia, stands for the respect of the international law and solving all the open questions through the dialogue”, Cvetkovic told Tanjug News Agency.
With regard to the question of Kosovo, China will have a constructive role, he added.
China is one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council with the right of veto that have not recognized the Kosovo independence.
Its dedication to the respect of the international law, together with the support of Russia and other countries, has significantly strengthened Serbia’s position in its efforts to preserve its territorial integrity and sovereignty, Cvetkovic assessed during his four-day visit to China.

India won’t recognize Kosovo
10 August 2010 | 09:22 | Source: Beta
NEW DELHI — India would not be recognizing Kosovo’s independence upon the opinion on Kosovo’s unilateral proclamation given by the International Court of Justice (ICJ).“We are analyzing the ICJ’s opinion on Kosovo. Our stance on the unilateral Kosovo independence declaration has not changed,” spokesperson for the Indian Foreign Ministry Vishnu Prakash.
The ICJ stated on July 22 that Kosovo did not violate international law with its unilateral proclamation of independence.
Indian officials stated earlier that the countriy’s stance on Kosovo is based on India’s “firm position that all countries need to fully respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all other countries.”
Indian officials also stated that they are concerned that the Kosovo question could lead to a “dangerous precedent” for other cases of unilateral secession around the world.
India is also dealing with a secessionist movement in some provinces of its own territory.
“Indonesia will not recognize Kosovo”

BALI — Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Oliver Dulić has met with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
Dulić thanked Yudhoyono for his position regarding the status of Kosovo, during their talks in Bali.
“As the most populous Muslim country Indonesia has a strong influence among other Asian, and African countries, and its support to our efforts to reach a solution for the Kosovo status by compromise represents a great backing for Serbia’s state policy,” Dulić said.
The Indonesian president pointed out that respect of international law was a foundation of foreign policy for Indonesia, adding that his country would not recognize the illegally declared independence of Kosovo.
“The Serbian minister and Yudhoyono spoke about the work of the Governing Council of the Global Ministerial Environment Forum of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and about the possibility to produce a joint text of a declaration which represents a balanced political document for achieving sustainability of environment in the world,” the Serbian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning has announced.
Dulić is visiting Indonesia as president of the Governing Council of the Global Ministerial Environment Forum of the UNEP, which consists of 140 environment ministers from all over the world.
Serbia took over the two-year UNEP presidency last year in Nairobi, Kenya.
Statement by H.E. Ambassador Maria Luiza Ribeiro Viotti
Permanent Representative of Brazil to the United Nations
Debate on the United Nations Interim Administration
Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK)
New York, 22 January 2010
We would like to extend a warm welcome to H.E. Mr. Boris Tadic, President of the Republic of Serbia, and thank him for his statement. I also thank Mr. Skender Hyseni for his remarks. We appreciate the briefing made by the Special Representative of the Secretary General, Lamberto Zannier, and commend him for the important role UNMIK is playing in Kosovo.
Brazil has a firm and longstanding commitment to the peaceful settlement of disputes. In 1999, Brazil was an elected member of the Security Council and voted in favour of resolution 1244. It was intended to provide a legal framework for a negotiated solution to the dispute on the status of Kosovo. The need to respect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was also expressly recognized.
Resolution 1244 (1999) remains in force and therefore continues to be the key parameter guiding the UN presence in Kosovo.
Such position was expressed by Brazil in the public hearings conducted at the International Court of Justice, in December 2009, as part of the proceedings related to the advisory opinion on the unilateral declaration of independence by the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government of Kosovo.
As the Security Council continues to be seized of the matter, the opinion of the Court, possibly later this year, will be a crucial element to bear in mind.
Until such time, UNMIK should continue to play its constructive role in promoting engagement between Pristina and Belgrade. We expect both parties to cooperate fully with the Mission. Success in this area will benefit all.
As stressed by the Secretary-General, the overall security situation in Kosovo remains relatively calm. This is due to the restraint shown by the parties and the population, which is to be commended. Stability has also been further sustained by the deployment of EULEX. It should continue to operate under the overall authority and within the status-neutral framework of the United Nations, therefore preserving the integrity of resolution 1244.
Also positive are the signs of a possible improvement in the cooperation between UNMIK and the Kosovo authorities.
It is, however, worrisome that municipal elections not called for by UNMIK were held in Kosovo on 15 November. Under resolution 1244, the holding of elections is one of the main responsibilities of the international civil presence in Kosovo. In the same vein, by-elections were held by Serbia in the northernmost municipality of Kosovo on 29 November. UNMIK did not participate in the preparation for these elections, which were not called for by the Special Representative of the Secretary General.
We share the Secretary-General’s disappointment at the lack of concrete progress in the implementation of practical arrangements regarding the protection of cultural heritage. Progress on this issue would be relevant as a much-needed gesture of goodwill, which, in turn, could set a positive example to follow in more politically sensitive negotiations.
We note the concern expressed by President Tadic at possible unilateral actions in North Kosovo.
There is no acceptable alternative to dialogue and negotiation when differences arise. We urge the parties to resume efforts to reach an agreed solution.
Meanwhile, it is their duty to ensure that the political and security situation on the ground remain stable and every minority community be fully protected from threats or acts of intimidation and harassment.
